Every plan has all of Club Roster for your kind of business. Gyms and clubs pay one price set by the size of the team, instructors included. Shops are free for up to 10 employees, then pay for each store.

A club with a full timetable, or a leisure centre with several areas to staff.
- New Zealand dollars, plus GST. People means staff and instructors who can sign in; anyone you archive doesn't count.
- Monthly, and you can stop any time. Take a full backup of your club's data with you.
- Setup is $750 once: your brand and web address, your people imported, your usual week, your rules, and your managers shown how it works. It's free when you pay for a year up front, which is 12 months for the price of 10.

How long does setup take?
Most of the work is ours. Once we have your team list, and your timetable if you run classes, we set you up and walk your managers through it.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Club Roster is set up to match your cover rules, opening hours and pay, and a gym's instructors can keep their WhatsApp group.
Can we run it alongside what we use now?
Yes. Managers can build weeks in Club Roster next to your current roster until you're ready to switch.
Does everyone need an email address?
Yes, their own. It's how they sign in, with a one-time code and no password, and how they hear when the roster changes.
What does it run on?
Any recent phone, tablet or computer, in the web browser. There's nothing to install.
Does it do our payroll?
No. It exports approved hours as a CSV for your payroll system, and in a gym, gives instructors a statement to invoice from.
Where is our data kept?
Each business has its own database on Cloudflare, and the owner and admins can download a full backup any time. Our privacy policy has the detail.
Is it only for New Zealand?
For now, yes. Public holidays, employment rules, the time zone, dates and dollars are all New Zealand's.
